Great Lakes Youth Sports Events (GLYSE) is one of the premier youth baseball organizations in the country. GLYSE is dedicated to creating, promoting and managing quality youth baseball events and leagues. GLYSE operates tournaments at Ho Chunk Sports Complex in Lynwood, IL. starting in April and continuing through the fall. All of our tournaments are sanctioned by several national organizations. The Northern Illinois Metro League (NIML) a CABA award winning league offers all levels of play for ages 9-18. CABA World Series Champions

The New Lenox Rebels (9) are the 2008 CABA World Series Champions. New Lenox went 9-0 in NIML league play this year and 47-8 overall. New Lenox prevailed in the World Series over top teams from around the world including Cincinnatti, Panama and Mississippi.

Gravel Baseball (11) are the 2008 CABA World Series Champions. After a great NIML season Gravel Baseball finishes the season with an incredible run in the CABA World Series. Gravel Baseball battled all the way back from the loser's bracket in double elimination play. They overcame challenges against several teams from Mexico and Puerto Rico, finally coming back and defeating the Cincinnatti Flames twice for the World Series Championship.
